The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a slight richness as well as harmony. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and slight notes of blueberry associated with woody touches as well as slight hints of minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmande, fine and offers delicacy, a nice fat, a beautiful silky matter, a nice definition as well as fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and fresh / fleshy strawberry combined with touches of toasted oak, almond, a touch of crushed blueberry as well as subtle hints of caramelization and a discreet hint of sweet spices. Tannins are fine and well-built.
