The nose is fresh, mineral and offers fruit, tension, precision, a beautiful mineral character (almost rocky). There are notes of almost roasted cherry, fresh blueberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of nutmeg, spices as well as discreet hints of grey pepper. The mouth is fruity, beautifully slender, stretched and offers juiciness, suavity, minerality, a beautiful definition, tension as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of roasted small fruits associated with touches of cornflower, tonka beans as well as hints of vanilla and toast. Supple, sapid and chewy tannins. A slight sappy and sapid hint on the finish/ persistance. Beautiful complexity. Beautiful freshness and juiciness.
