The nose is beautifully fresh, precise, tense and offers a beautiful definition. There are notes of morello cherry, quite ripe small red fruits and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of liquorice stick as well as discreet hints of plum blossom and a very discreet hint almost smoke. The mouth is beautifully mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a juicy/ acidulous frame, energy, roundness and a slight floral freshness (almost sappy). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of morello cherry, pulpy quetsche plum as well as slight hints of cherry blossom, rose and a hint of bright red berries, a light bright side of the fruit on the finish. There is a subtle toasted hint/ sweet blond tabaco. Chewy tannins. Good length. Beautiful freshness and a sappy and sapid side.
