Château des Ferrages – Mon Plaisir 2019 – Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire

The nose is fruity, finely tight, racy and offers freshness as well as a small intensity. It reveals notes of fresh peach, fresh apple, small notes of mandarine flowers associated with small touches of fresh rose, lilac, small fresh berries as well as very discreet hints of rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very finely perlante (slightly “beading”on the attack) and offers suavity, finesse of the grain, a mineral/juicy/precise frame as well as a fine straightness and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, juicy/fresh peach, small notes of apple associated with small touches of zests, lychee, cherry blossom as well as mandarine flowers, a subtle hint of zests and very discreet hints of rosemary/sage (in the background). Good length.
