Château des Ferrages – Mon Plaisir 2018 – Sainte Victoire Côtes de Provence

The nose is elegant and offers richness, a fine freshness as well as a fine concentration / finesse. It reveals notes of ripe kumquat, tangerine zest and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of red berries as well as very fine hints of zest and a hint of fresh blackcurrant. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mandarin zest, fleshy / juicy kumquat and small notes of fleshy / juicy red peach combined with small touches of red fruit, fleshy / juicy blackberry as well as a subtle hint of zest and flowers (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
