The wine has a limpid and shiny color of cherry color. The first nose is floral with hints of wisteria. Little by little we recognize the mint and the fresh herbs just cut. Light leather appears as well as watermelon skin. It’s fresh and juicy. With air, the wine takes on a more full-bodied turn with spices such as pepper, well-ripened black fruits and a touch of alcohol. The attack is round on well-ripened and juicy black fruits such as cherries and plums. We perceive a hint of tomato juice. It is a wine with structure: the tannins are present, full-bodied and drawn. They fade away little by little. We have an imperceptible touch of black tea and dried mint. A touch of bitter concludes the tasting. The finish is discreet.
