The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers concentration and precision. It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, dried raspberry and strawberry, wild strawberry, morello cherry, blackcurrant and crushed blueberry, associated with notes of violet, dried mint, nutmeg (in the background) and lily. The palate offers juiciness and the tangy side of fresh raspberry, red cherry, redcurrants, balanced by the sweetness of strawberries and morello cherries. We also find notes of dried mint, violet, lily, grated nutmeg and blackcurrant leaf in the background. The acidity is salivating and refreshing. The tannins are well structured, firm, but not drying. A gourmand, chiseled and straightforward wine.
