The wine is pale with a slight silver tint. The nose is aromatic and toasty with notes of roasted white peach, lemon as well as apricot and pine sap. There are also hints of toast, toasted coconut and white smoke. There are also fine touches of grapefruit and pineapple. The palate is fresh with notes of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. We perceive fine touches of lemon blossom, lemon zest, olive branch and of course at the end of the tasting, it is the toast, the butter and the vanilla that gain momentum. The tasting is balanced with a tangy frame and present minerality. Aging in wood adds complexity to this wine, making it ideal for gastronomic pairings. It will gain in roundness and power with a little more time. So be patient!
