The nose is aromatic with a certain complexity, some power and a nice solar character while retaining a slight freshness. There are notes of quite ripe blackcurrant, cardamom and slight camphor associated with touches of roasted berries as well as a hint of blueberry and a subtle note of sweet spices even vanilla. The fruity bite with freshness, concentration, energy and a fine darkness. The grain is finally tight with notes of quite ripe blackcurrant, violet and small notes of small juicy ripe black berries associated with touches of cardamom, mocha as well as fine hints of toasted hazelnuts and a subtle note of clove and vanilla. The tannins are supple and fine. There is a subtle hint of good bitterness on the lingering finish. It is a wine with freshness.
