The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers dynamism. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, candied citrus and small notes of green apple associated with fine touches of litchee, exotic fruits, kumquat as well as a hint of flowers, lime and discreet hints of bee wax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acid frame, a good definition, a fine straightness, a good precision, a good guideline as well as a good precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, zests of lime, crushed kumquat, fresh gooseberry and more slightly fruits in syrup, roasted pineapple associated with fine hints of spices as well as discreet/imperceptible hints of toasted (in the background). There is a hint of dry apricot on the persistence.
