The nose is relatively fine as well as relatively elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of crushed cassis combined with hints chocolate, a hint of crushed raspberry and discreet touches of spices (cardamon, black pepper). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness as well as a mineral frame (racy minerality). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of cherry, raspberry associated with hints of liquorice and toasted wood. Tannins are well-built and (very) slightly young. Good length.
