The nose is fruity and offers a small intensity, a fine chiseled side. It reveals notes of lemon, quince, small notes of bright yellow peach associated with small touches of fresh pineapple, lychee, discreet hints of racy minerality, apple flowers, a discreet hint of bee wax and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. The palate is fruity, full of balance and offers juiciness, freshness, brightness of the fruit, gourmandize, a certain purity of the fruit, energy, a good definition and a fine incisive side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/fresh pineapple, lemon, small notes of juicy/acidulous yellow peach associated with touches of crunchy apple, mandarine as well as fine hints of lychee, white flowers and an imperceptible hint of bee wax/honey. Good length. A beautiful acidulous in the finish/persistence.
