On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, mesocarp, small notes of crunchy pineapple associated with touches of mesocarp, fleshy green apple as well as fine hints of toasted, fleshy vine peach, hazelnut butter and a discreet hint of salinity. A beautiful persistence.
