The nose is fruity and offers intensity, a certain power, freshness. It reveals notes of lemon, zests, small notes of bright citrus associated with touches of fresh/fleshy apple as well as fine hints of flint, discreet hints of lychee, a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, precision (full of finesse), gourmandize, a small tension, minerality, a good definition, tension (full of finesse) and a beautiful stretchy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, mesocarp, small notes of crunchy pineapple associated with touches of mesocarp, fleshy green apple as well as fine hints of toasted, fleshy vine peach, hazelnut butter and a discreet hint of salinity. A beautiful persistence.
