The palate is fruity, gourmandize, delicate and offers a nice definition, richness (in balance), a little syrupy side counter balanced by a very nice freshness, tension and delicacy. On the palate, expressing notes of candied lemon, candied peach and more slightly dried apricot associated with touches of pineapple with lemon, crystallized quince, fine points of lemon blossom, verbena as well as discrete points of acacia. The persistence offers notes of dried apricot, honey and discreet hints of dried berries.
