The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers minerality, dynamism, precision, deepness, energy as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lime, fleshy / juicy pear, crushed apple and small notes of lychee associated with touches of quenette, lemon blossoms as well as hints of lemon, verbena as well as a subtle hint of almond, toasted and a very discreet hint of sweet spices. Good length and good persistence. A small chew as well as sapidity on the finish / persistence.
