The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is chiseled, lively and tangy. It first expresses notes of passion fruit, green apple, fresh lemon, green pear, tangy apricot, citrus juice, combined with a sweet hint of acacia, vanilla (in the background), even honey, brown butter and caramel. The palate offers a chiseled and slightly bitter attack (grapefruit, lime), which is then complemented by notes of crushed lemon, green apple, tangy apricot and passion fruit. The mid-palate and finish are slender, with a lively tangy frame (especially green apple) and gourmet notes of honey in the background, white flowers (acacia, lime), fresh hazelnut and brown butter. Beautiful refreshing acidity and a refined finish, which adds a hint of bergamot tea to the bouquet.
