The nose is beautifully aromatic (the wine embalms the room as soon as it is opened), elegant, fresh, beautifully built, precise, racy and offers a small crystallized side. It reveals notes of candied yellow peach, crystallized quince, small notes of dry apricot associated with small touches of lychee, crystallized mandarine as well as fine hints of candied vine peach, mango, delicate hints of spices, a racy minerality, honey and pâtisseries. The palate is mineral, elegant, syrupy, well-built and offers a small tension, gourmandize as well as unctuosity, a fine acidulous frame as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied peach, pineapple in syrup, small notes of dry apricot associated with touches of crystallized lemon, candied yellow peach as well as fine hints of crystallized yuzy, honey, hazelnut/dry fruits, brioche, a racy minerality, an imperceptible hint of yellow flowers and pâtisseries.
