The nose is elegant and offers a certain complexity, racy and a good definition. There are notes of wild blackberry, fresh cubeb pepper and small notes of dense small black fruits associated with slight infusion hints, juicy/ fresh blueberry as well as discreet spicy hints and an imperceptible almost aromatic herbs-like hint. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, precision, tension, gourmandise, suppleness, fullness, elegance as well as a racy power. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, pulpy/ juicy cassis, and small notes of cornflower, combined with notes of dense small fruits as well as slight roasted hints, infusion as well as discreet hints of caramelization, licorice stick and a subtle hint of vanilla. There are smooth and gourmand tannins with a beautiful freshness and definition as well as a beautiful fat in elegance.
