The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, an acidulous/fresh frame, a good definition, gourmandize, a good finesse of the grain as well as a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis ans small notes of red berries/fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with small touches fo violet, black cherry as well as subtle hints of liquorice, sugared tobacco from Virginia, chocolate and caramelization. Tannins are elegant, fine and structuring. Good length.
