The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and crushed raspberry associated with subtle hints of toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, smooth and offers juiciness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, ripe/juicy cherry and more slightly blackberry associated with fine touches of toasted oak and almond. Tannins are fine and very slightly tight. There is a subtle hint of dark chocolate vanilla on the finish/persistence. Gourmandize on the persistence.
