Château de Portets 2022 – Graves

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a nice fruit as well as a certain concentration of the fruit. There are notes of crushed cherry, strawberry and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, star anise as well as a fine hint of Madagascar. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, balanced and offers an acidulous frame as well as a small juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, crushed strawberry and slight cornflowers associated with touches of bright red berries as well as a creamy hint, vanilla and iodized gravel. Good length. Lovely iodized and gourmand/tasty persistence.
