The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, a fine tension, a fine acidulous frame, a fine fat as well as a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with a touch of iris as well as very fine hints of small bright/juicy blue berries, a racy minerality, a discreet hint of fresh mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are very finely firm.
