Château de Paradis 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

Château de Paradis 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers a slight complexity. There are notes of cornflower, quite ripe/ pulpy small red fruits, blueberry, and small notes of Badiane, combined with hints of roasted fruits and sweet spices. The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a good definition, tension, precision, gourmandise, a good structure, a slight straightness as well as a framed and slender precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of dense black blackberry, small blue fruits and small notes of pulpy/ bright small fruits combined with touches of roast as well as hints of toast and a subtle hint a nutmeg. Good length with precise, smooth, and supple tannins. A slight chew on the finish/ persistence accompanies beautiful freshness and minerality.
