It reveals notes of candied lemon, a racy minerality, small notes of zests associated with fine touches of crushed Mirabelle and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, crushed quince, small notes of candied nectarine associated with small touches of candied pear, kumquat as well as fine hints of yellow apple and honey. Good length.
