The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers tension and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and fine notes of candied peach, dried apricot associated with slight notes of crunchy peach, honey as well as a hint of spices and vanilla. Good length.
