The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral, racy and offers a mineral structure, energy, roundness, fat as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied apple, candied peach and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with touches of roasted pineapple, dried apricot, honey as well as fine hints of acacia, sweet spices, with discreet hints of patisseries, nutmeg and fresh vanilla. Good length. A beautiful persistence with notes of dried apricot and candied berries.
