The nose is fruity, precise, racy and offers freshness, power/intensity as well as richness. It reveals notes of quince, candied mirabelle and small notes of candied ginger associated with touches of nutmeg, lemon zests as well as fine hints of spices and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers a beautiful racy minerality, precision, tension as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses crystalized lemon, crystalized mandarine and small notes of dry apricot associated with fine touches of juicy pineapple as well as very fine hints of honey/pâtisseries, candied pepper, sweet spices and vanilla (in the background). Good length and persistence.
