The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The first nose offers a pure expression of fruit: we sense the aromas of yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum, roasted yellow peach in the background, which are completed after aeration by notes of candied lemon, zest of lemon, with a delicate touch of vanilla, raw butter and lemon yogurt. We also find subtle notes of fresh wood, toasted hazelnut, apple blossom and acacia. The palate is fragrant and expressive. On the attack, we find the woody and spicy notes (fresh wood, vanilla, fresh hazelnut, toasted hazelnut, a hint of nutmeg), enveloped in the ample but airy mid-palate by flavors of yellow peach, apricot, candied lemon and fresh lemon. We also find milky notes of lemon yogurt, raw butter, as well as floral touches of acacia and apple blossom. The finish is tasty, toasted and vanilla, with notes of honey and hay appearing on the finish. Beautiful refreshing acidity, tension and good bitterness. The woody side is present, but well integrated.
