The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant and fresh: it first expresses tangy notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and green apple, which then combine with notes of candied lemon, tangy apricot, yellow peach, white flowers (apple blossom, lime blossom, chamomile), as well as a touch of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, fresh wood, lactic (fresh butter) and honeyed hint. The palate is textured, tasty, complex and fresh. In the attack, we find notes of toasted hazelnut, fresh wood, vanilla and coconut in the background, then combined with enveloping flavors of crunchy stone fruits (apricot, white peach), ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit in the background), with a touch of fresh quince, acacia and lime blossom. The acidity is salivating and lively. The finish is chiseled, persistent and slightly bitter (flavors of grapefruit and chestnut honey). A pleasant buttery and toasted note on the finish. Beautiful complexity and structure.
