The wine has a bright straw color. The first nose is fresh with notes of toast and pine forest. There is a beautiful freshness, almost minty, with minerality and hints of aromatic herbs. There are subtle hints of pineapple and lime. The second nose opens with a little more amplitude with notes of stone fruit. The palate is fresh, fruity with notes of fresh apple, ripe yellow lemon as well as pineapple and apricot. There is a lovely oakiness with buttery and vanilla touches. There are hints of beautiful bitterness on the finish with a slight salivating salinity and notes of pine sap, freshly cut grass, biscuit and yellow peach. The wine has amplitude with a certain fatness and directness thanks to its acidity. The very end of the tasting lingers on jasmine. Pure beauty.
