The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity, even deep. The nose offers complexity, a pronounced spiciness, associated with a fruity and floral bouquet. It expresses notes of licorice (even slightly aniseed), nutmeg, toasted vanilla, ground cumin, coffee, dried flowers (wildflowers, cornflower, rose petals), sweet coffee, fresh hazelnut, of toasted oak, as well as juicy aromas of ripe red cherry (with a fine lactic hint of cherry yogurt in the background), wild strawberry, red currant, blueberry and crushed blackcurrant. The palate offers power and firm, young tannins, dry on the finish, but with a fine texture. The flavors express the youth of the wine: we find notes of juicy and tangy red cherry, red currants, crunchy strawberry, blueberry, black plum, associated with notes of toasted oak, toasted hazelnut, coffee, licorice, cloves, vanilla and fresh flowers (wildflowers, cornflower), with a touch of prunes in chocolate in the background. The finish is long, spicy and expresses the tannic structure of the wine enveloped in a rich and fleshy fruity substance. The acidity is fresh and well balanced with the profile of the wine. A wine with aging potential, but very young at the moment.
