Beautiful fruity nose that offers a fine creaminess as well as a nice little buttery/toasted and almond side. It reveals notes of white flowers, physalis and small notes of creamy kumquat associated with touches of buttered apple as well as fine / delicate toasted hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, minerality, a good definition, a certain tension, precision as well as a small electric/incisive side in its acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses juicy apple, lemon zest and small notes of fresh citrus associated with touches of honeysuckle, white flowers as well as beautiful hints of iodine/saline, slight hints of physalis, zest of tangerine, discreet hints of bitter almond and a subtle hint of nutmeg/toasted. Good length. A good work on the good biterness (in the background). Nice persistence.
