Château de Meursault – Beaune Tuvilains 2023 – AOC Beaune Premier Cru

The wine has a beautiful, bright straw color. The first nose is fragrant with notes of fruit and aging. On one side, there are hints of fresh pear, ripe lemon, and juicy peach. On the other, there are hints of toast, butter, and pine sap. There is a bright floral aspect of gardenia. The second nose opens more delicately with pear, nashi pear, vanilla, and orange blossom. The palate is fresh and juicy on the attack, with notes of toast, pine sap, nashi pear, pepper, and lemon or even clementine zest. The tasting is intense with a good, almost saline, salivating acidity on the finish. We find the juiciness of the lemon and pear, along with its beautiful floral notes.
