Château de Meursault – Beaune-Toussaints 2023 – AOC Beaune Premier Cru

The wine has a bright pale cherry color. The initial nose is fresh, lightly toasted with a hint of pine sap. Fresh fruit such as cherry and white pepper are presented. The second nose opens with delicacy, toast, and fresh, juicy red fruit. The palate is fresh, round on the attack with power. There is good acidity and notes of juicy fruit such as cherry, blackberry, and plum. The mouthwatering acidity continues with soft, present tannins until the finish. The finish is juicy blue plum, vanilla, and a hint of white pepper, as well as flowers such as peony.
