The wine has a beautiful, bright cherry color. The initial nose is slightly reduced: it needs air to open up. We perceive notes of fruit and a racy minerality. There are hints of cherry as well as blackberry. The second nose opens with a smoky, mineral aspect and always a reduction. We have notes of red and black fruits. The palate is fresh, fruity with touches of vanilla, toast on the attack, with a slight caramelization. We find the fruits with notes of juicy black cherry, blackberry, strawberry as well as plum. The tannins are present, gripping until the finish with a tasting finish on black cherry and tomato juice as well as a fine hint of raspberry and pepper.
