The nose is fruity, racy and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of red cherry, crunchy berries and small notes of blackberry associated with a discreet hint of violet and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, a beautiful acidulous frame, fat, minerality, juiciness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy red cherry and crunchy/acidulous wild berries associated with small touches of blackberry, violet as well as a very discreet hint of crunchy raspberry (in the background), liquorice and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. Tannins are well-built.
