The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, roundness, a certain suavity a certain richness as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / crunchy cherry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of juicy / pulpy purple plum associated with a touch of blueberry, fresh violet, fresh cornflowers as well as a subtle hint of cherry stone, liquorice and sweet spices. Tannins are racy and very slightly tight. Presence of a fine varietal hint on the finish / persistence.
