The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of licorice, ripe fruit, blueberry and cherry combined with a hint of spice. The palate is elegant, fine, perfectly balanced and built. A subtle acid frame leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of sour cherry, fig, jammy fruits and slight notes of plum associated with a oaky finish. The finish is long and persistent.
