The nose is fresh, mineral and racy. There are notes of fresh blackberry, fresh flowers and a hint of pepper, combined with hints of fresh red berries and fine gravel, fresh saffron and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, balanced and reveals juiciness, minerality, a good work on the bitter taste and a fine roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of liquorice, crushed blackcurrant and, to a lesser extent, blueberry, combined with hints of toast and red berries, as well as a discreet hint of balsamic and toastiness. The tannins are relatively soft.
