The palate expresses freshness and juiciness, a fruity attack (morello cherry, blackcurrant, red cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry), smoky and toasty touches in the mid-palate (toasted hazelnut, coffee, cocoa, heated wood, smoke more present than on the nose), integrated spices (licorice, black pepper, tonka bean), a fine floral bouquet in the background. Good length on juicy fruits, a good bitterness of chocolate, coffee and smoke. A refined, concentrated and airy wine.
