The nose is aromatic, fruity and tangy. It expresses notes of black plum, morello cherry, raspberry and crunchy strawberry in the background, as well as touches of menthol and peppermint after aeration. The palate is supple, suave, juicy and fruity. It expresses notes of ripe and juicy plum, a little sweeter than on the nose, notes of strawberry, morello cherry and red cherry. The spicy and roasted hint is subtle and integrated on the nose and palate. We find in particular notes of toasted hazelnut, coffee, liquorice, as well as dried rose in the background. The toasted and fresh wood is noticeable, but enveloped. Good length with good bitterness, the tannins are fine, well structured and firm, but not dry. Beautiful structure, salivating acidity, freshness and elegance.
