On the nose, fruity and offers some power and concentration. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy black berries and more slightly violet associated with small touches of fleshy cherry, plum blossom, pepper as well as fine varietal hints and a very fine touch of terracotta. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, a little acidity, good definition, a certain smoothness and a little stretch/length. The wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and more lightly small red berries combined with hints of violet, lily as well as wafts of fresh blond tobacco, a subtle touch of almond and sweet blond tobacco (in the background).
