(Aged in amphoras) The nose offers freshness and a fine touch of reduction. There are notes of blackberry, spices and more slightly ripe red berries combined with a hint of reduction, pepper and almost a discreet balsamic touch. A wine relatively marked by the use of the amphora both in the grain and in the type of aromatics. The palate is fruity, a little tight and offers accuracy, a mineral backbone, a fine airy character as well as a certain purity of fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses juicy blackcurrant and juicy/fresh red berry notes combined with hints of cardamom, flowers, balsamic and a discreet, almost earthy, spicy edge. The tannins are precise and slightly dry. A subtle hint of chocolate/dark chocolate in the background.
