The mouth is mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy / juicy raspberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of racy minerality, juicy / fresh small blue fruits as well as fine toasted hints, caramelized and very discreet hints of sweet spices.
