The wine is pale, limpid and bright with a rose gold color. The first nose is discreet with citrus notes such as juicy lemon and tangerine zest. We also have water fruits like watermelon and a little peach in the background. After aeration, it is more seductive, aromatic with well-defined citrus fruits, lemon blossom and small crushed red fruits. It’s fresh too. The attack is fresh and aromatic with stone fruits such as peaches but also citrus fruits such as orange juice. There is a nice refreshing acidity. We perceive some fine notes of apple and unripe pineapple. The finish is discreet, a little vinous, on lemon blossom.
