The wine has a pale apricot color. The initial nose is subtle with a hint of iodine and apple. The second nose opens with more fruity notes such as peach, apricot, a hint of pear, and ripe lemon zest. The palate is fresh and tangy with subtle notes of peach and lemon. There is still a hint of iodine and saline, which continues on the finish with a touch of strawberry compote.
