This rosé is pale with a pretty bright and limpid color that pulls on pink rose gold. The first nose is smoky with notes of fruit behind such as small peach. The second nose is still mineral and fresh. The fruits remain mysterious. The tasting is fresh. The attack is smooth, tangy with small crunchy fruits. We find the strawberry but also the juicy lemon and the not yet ripe peach. The finish is warmer with a very slight hint of bitterness. There are more textures in this wine than aromas.
