The nose is fruity, with a lovely purity of fruit and a floral side, even varietal, fresh. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh cherry, violet and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis, associated with touches of nutmeg, clove and a discreet hint of fresh pepper. The palate is well-built, fresh, fruity, with minerality, energy and a sappy/pistil side. It expresses notes of juicy/fruity blackberry, cherry and small notes of violet, combined with touches of saffron (on the floral side), small crushed red berries, as well as fine hints of fresh tobacco. Good length. Tangy/finely sappy persistence.
