The nose is fine, powerful and well-built. It reveals notes of dry yellow grapes, dried lemon and small notes of quince associated with a touch of mirabelle plum, dried orange zest, white flowers / dried lemon as well as touches of pâtisseries, caramelization, spices, rosewood and an imperceptible touch of chocolate (in the background). The palate is fruity, soft, round, delicate, beautifully built / defined, a bit aerial and offers tension, a beautiful suavity as well as a fine power (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied peach and pear in syrup associated with small notes of crystallized lemon, dried orange zest, dried grapefruit zest as well as small hints of pâtisseries / caramelization, sweet spices (cinnamon …), rosewood and an imperceptible touch of vanilla (in the background). Good length and persistence.
