The nose is fine, elegant and quite complex. It reveals notes of candied white fruits, candied orange zest, cocoa and hints of woody notes and notes of dried fruits. The palate is round, full, perfectly balanced, fresh and aromatic. It expresses aromas of white fruits, licorice, spices, slight notes of candied citrus (especially grapefruit) and nectarine associated with some small notes of vanilla, candied orange zest, nuts and pear. Beautiful finish and good length.
